At Dish we create wedding days that are truly special, designing and creating menus that fit perfectly with your wedding theme. Your wedding day should be a true celebration, and our menus are creative, innovative and delicious ensuring your wedding stands out from the crowd.

Our Wedding clients wanted more of a Gourmet Street Food style to keep in with younger crowd and make it more of a party. Being in the entertainment industry the reception was filled full of music and fantastic performers.

Menu

U.S.A gourmet slider – Miniature ground beef pattie, brioche bun, crunchy red slaw, cured bacon & jack cheese  

French trimmed lamb cutlets – With mint pesto and parmesan topped 

Mexican soft flour taquito  – Rolled crispy flour tortilla, filled with grilled chicken, buffalo sauce, & jack cheese  

Cantonese ‘dim sum’ – Grilled dumplings filled ground pork, garlic & chives, served with chilli & sesame dipping sauce 

BBQ pork Chinese – with hoisin sauce & steamed rice  

Vegetarian Slider – brioche bun, wild mushroom pattie, rocket, mozzarella, basil, caramelised onion, tomato & aioli 

Traditional paella – rice, chicken, chorizo, seafood, peas, peppers, lemon, tomato, herbs 

Nachos lettuce cups – chilli beans with avocado, diced tomato, aged grated cheese, finely shredded red cabbage on a crisp lettuce leaf with tortilla chips and a slice of lime
